FP7-Winter Academy

The course will be held at Velence Resort Spa**** and will begin with registration at 9.00 on 07 February and will end approximately at 13.00 on 10 February 2012.

Transportation to and from the venue, accommodation for four nights, breakfast and lunches for four days, and the social events are all included. Please make arrangements to arrive on 06 February and depart late afternoon 10 February. Information on transportation between Lake Velence and Budapest will be sent after registration.

Beginners, junior and experienced project managers alike can benefit from the course and have a clear understanding of the full project cycle. How to search for calls under the Community Programmes, develop competitive proposals and effectively manage EU projects. All sectors can apply for EU funding, but in FP7 complementary consortia mainly consist of universities, research organisations, SMEs, NGOs and even major corporations.

Standard rate is EUR 1990+VAT*

* Based on the European and national VAT regulations on the rules of supply of services and VAT refunds, in case of educational services, the place of supply is where the services are physically carried out.
For business customers based in the EU and having an EU VAT number and for business customers based outside the EU no VAT will be charged. For these organisations the taxation will take place in their country.

For all individuals (not business customers/legal entites having a VAT number) and for Hungarian legal entities the VAT will be charged.

Lake Velence

Application by fax or by email: You can apply via fax or email by sending a completed application form (available in word and pdf format on the given training website or found at the back of the downloadable brochure) to +36 1 436 9038 or to info@eutrainingsite.com. This application type allows you to pay only by bank transfer.

What happens after registration?
A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of registering online (or 48 hours after fax/email has been received). The email will contain detailed information concerning administrative and payment issues, and information about accommodation possibilities. If you do not receive this confirmation emails, please call Europa Media at +36 1 453 3801.

How can I pay the registration fee?
On-line Payment: Participants registering online can take advantage of the online payment system. The online payment systems utilises World Pay. World Pay is a secure online payment system that allows participants to pay immediately with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, Laser, but not American Express!).

Bank Transfer: Participants may also pay via bank transfer after they have received the confirmation email from Europa Media. The confirmation email will include all necessary information required to facilitate a bank transfer. Together with the confirmation email, all applicants will receive an electronic pro-forma invoice  automatically generated that will also include the necessary bank transfer information (account number, IBAN number, SWIFT code, etc.). Once the transfer has been made, please fax a copy of the confirmation to Europa Media at +36 1 436 9038. The electronic invoice will be sent once payment for the course has been received.

*In order to take part in the international training, applicants shall send payment in advance, at least 10 working days prior to the start of the event. Please do not forget to indicate the number of your invoice and the name of the applicant on the bank transfer order!

How can I find the venue?
One-week before the workshop starts Europa Media will email you the "How to get to the Venue", a practical guide including maps, addresses, transportation possibilities, important phone number, etc. Using this guide will ease your travel to and stay during the workshop.
