The Junior Project Management training has been specially designed to help support the growing need for experienced project managers. The training will provide new entrants in the field of European project management with the skill-set needed to effectively implement EU projects. Loaded with practical workshops and assisted by leading experts, participants will gain a true understanding of EU funding schemes, as well as the complexities of project implementation, from partner communication and Project Officer satisfaction, to financial reporting. The Junior Project Management course is the perfect solution to fill the void between academic success and actual project experience.

  • Coordinating a project - how to deal with the difficulties.
  • Keeping your records - efficient project management systems in practice, eligible and non-eligible costs, cost statements.
  • Managing your participation - how to work with the others? The Contractor's responsibilities.
  • Project closure and reporting - Milestones and Deliverables: critical paths and achievements, seeing results.

 

The 3-day workshop is highly interactive and will provide a sound basis from which students can build their EU project management skills. Project management experts will assist the students with their proposal development, providing useful tips along the way.
