The Third Annual FP7 Untold Stories conference is being organised in order to bring together stakeholders, project proposers, EU experts and former officials and deliver FP7 inside stories:
what does the Commission want
how to manage the impossible
how to report properly
how to survive an audit?
The conference goes behind the scenes of FP7; case studies of project gone wrong, failed negotiations, audits gone awry will be discussed. Every type of organisations are invited to take part at the conference and share their experiences with FP7 as well.
The conference will also act as an excellent dissemination activity for currently running FP6 and FP7 projects, allowing consortia to showcase their work and gain a broader audience for their projects.

The 3rd FP7 Untold
Stories will take
place 2-3 December 2010. During these two days we will discuss in detail the
facts of FP7, from both sides. Experts and guest lecturers will provide
attendees with inside information on how to succeed and what the Commission
expects.

you are willing to add you comments during the plenary sessions and share your experiences
with other participants - under proposal submission, evaluation, negotiation
and management topics – we may secure you 2-5 min. in the particular plenary
session(s) that is related to your topic.
Please Note: This is not an Info Day! The FP7
programme will not be introduced. Thematic issues will not be dealt with. All
general FP7 topics will be addressed during an interactive e-learning programme
that you may join before the training. It is not compulsory but recommended
(there is no additional cost).

How to apply?
On-line application: You can apply on-line through our electronic
application system. Just click
HERE to register for this course or click "Apply here" on the left-hand side
to register for another course. On-line registration is fast and simple
and allows you to pay online via credit or debit card or through bank
transfer.
Application by Fax:
You can apply via fax by sending a completed application form found at
the back of the downloadable brochure to +36 1 436 9038. Applying by
fax allows you to pay only by bank transfer.
What happens after registration?A
confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of registering online
(or 48 hours after fax has been received). The email will contain
detailed information concerning administrative and payment issues, and
information about accommodation possibilities. If you do not receive
this confirmation emails, please call Europa Media at +36 1 453 3801.
How can I pay the registration fee? On-line Payment:
Participants registering online can take advantage of the online
payment system. The online payment systems utilizes World Pay. Word Pay
is a secure online payment system that allows participants to pay
immediately with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa
Purchasing, Laser, but not American Express!).
Bank
Transfer: Participants may also pay via bank transfer after they have
received the confirmation email from Europa Media. The confirmation
email will include all necessary information required to facilitate a
bank transfer. After the confirmation email, all applicants will
receive through email a PDF version of the invoice that is being
prepared that will also include the necessary bank transfer information
(account number, IBAN number, SWIFT code, etc.). Once the transfer has
been made, please fax a copy of the confirmation to Europa Media at +36
1 436 9038.
Once
the money transfer is received by Europa Media the original invoice
will be posted to the indicated postal address by regular priority mail.
*In
order to take part in the international training, applicants shall send
payment in advance, at least 10 working days prior to the start of the
event (e-learning). Please do not forget to indicate the number of your
invoice and the name of the applicant on the bank transfer order!
What do I need to take part in the e-learning course? You
do not need to have any special software on your computer to
participate in the e-learning, only Internet access. Your login details (user name and password) and all other necessary information (Syllabus, Step-by-Step Guide) will be sent to you on the starting day of the e-learning at 2pm.
How can I find the venue? One-week
before the workshop starts Europa Media will email you the "How to get
to the Venue", a practical guide including maps, addresses,
transportation possibilities, important phone number, etc. Using this
guide will ease your travel to and stay during the workshop.
