Very happy with the course 9/10. Great training, and I left more knowledgeable and self assured.
Building on our direct experience with EU research projects, we realised that there is a need for more harmonised information provision on EU funding opportunities and related procedures as well as a need for capacity building on developing competitive proposals and effectively managing projects under the EU’s research and innovation programmes.
Over the past 13 years, our team has developed a comprehensive portfolio of training programmes designed to facilitate access to EU funding and simplify EU project development and management, in particular under the EU’s research and innovation programmes. To date, we have organized hundreds of training courses attended by over 7,000 participants from all over Europe and beyond.
Our training programme covers all the different phases of a Horizon 2020 project’s life-cycle: from developing and submitting a proposal, through management and coordination of a project to financial reporting and audits. Our courses are workshop-based and interactive, allowing us to spend less time on lectures and focus more on simulating the different stages that your current or future project will experiment.
We can give you a custom-made assistance on how to fit a specific call, on the pre-evaluation of the proposals itself, the preparation for a kick-off meeting, on how to train your partners and, we can simulate a mock audit for you to be prepared if needed.
We provide tailor-made guidance, covering the full project cycle, including basic support or high-level involvement. These services are fully adapted to the client’s needs and circumstances, starting from strategy development on how to integrate H2020 grants into the organisation till financial services on project accounting and audit preparations.
Good lecturers, very good team, always a pleasure to come back
